Forme de travailWe are looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations professional to help us build, measure, optimise and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns and maintaining overall marketing processes, technology, and workflows.
The successful applicant will report directly to the EMEA and India Marketing Director.
Key responsibilities:
• Collaboratively create, monitor, and maintain Dynamics Marketing campaigns
• Maintain the regional email, landing page and form templates
• Work with global functions to ensure system and data integrity and best practice
• Work with sales and sales operations to manage the lead routing processes for EMEA
• Ensure adherence to automation and database policies, practices and protection regulations
• Maintain systems documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions
• Manage any Dynamics Marketing or related database technical or process issues
• Monitor and review campaign performance and use findings to inform future campaigns
- 5+ years experience working in Marketing Operations
- Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms - ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience of creating outbound email and nurture campaigns
- Knowledge of GDPR and other local data and electronic communication laws are essential.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Has at least basic HTML and CSS skills
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices
- Aware of the typical B2B lead process / customer journey in a multi-channel environment
- Highly detailed, analytically oriented and results driven
- Has strong project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Has a problem-solving attitude and pro-active approach to solving system issues.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Able to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working within a high-tech B2B global organization would be an advantage
