As a Master Schedule Planner for Electrification Business Area in Jiangmen, China, you will be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule and then release work order to IPU which can be executed.

Your responsibilities

• Translating forecasts, incoming volume into a production plan, and monitoring the plan accuracy Managing load levelling and bottleneck scheduling
• Maintaining planning parameters in ERP, commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines
• Creating and maintaining detailed production schedule from the production plan. Releases manufacturing work orders to IPU
• Managing and monitoring order on time delivery
• Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning &fulfillment metrics. Identifying key root causes for non-performance, and driving improvement initiatives across Business

Your background

• Bachelor or above degree, business or engineering background is preferred
• At least 2 years of Supply Chain related experience
• Data analysis and statistics ability, familiar with Power BI
• Basic knowledge of lean, quality tools
• Good MS office skill and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred
• Must be result-oriented, team working, and strong communication skill
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese
