- Drive in-country Mobile operations and manage timely systems readiness
- Select and coach a team, in line with expansion needs based on products and market
- Regularly review KPIs, identify trends and proactively address challenges to drive performance
- Proactively lead your team and empower them to make the right local decisions to drive the business forward
- Manage operational costs and revenue from a Mobile Service perspective for the country
- Lead the country growth and product expansion
Demande
- A proven background of leading an organisation or national business function to meet operational and strategic targets
- A background of interrogating data and identifying correlation to act on business improvements
- Strong analytical IT skills, including use of Excel
- Excellent organization skills, with experience of high-level reporting
- Experience of working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs
- An open and approachable leadership style, with experience of leading, motivating, and coaching managers along with proven experience of successful delegation to achieve results EMEA Recruitment
