Our company POMOdelivers fresh, organic local produce from farmers around Rennes to customers. It's a straightforward solution that eliminates the hassle of having to go to the farmers' market or supermarket.

The company's founder, Egor Paltov, is a 23 y.o. entrepreneur who is on a mission to build a customer-centric, sustainable, and scalable business.

Our big goal — to change the way Europeans eat by providing direct access to farm-fresh food.

Why the Position is Open:

We are a young team of 3 people, working on this startup since July 2023.

To make a leap in growth and development of the company, we need more strong, ambitious, result-motivated employees.

• On-site work in Rennes, with a schedule of 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 CET.

Responsibilities:

• Interaction with suppliers and clients, logistical tasks.
• Collection and analysis of market data and competitors.
• Support in developing business strategies and participating in their implementation.

Desirable Qualities for the Candidate:

• Being a confident PC user (Notion, MS Excel);
• Energetic, high level of empathy, self-confident;
• Desire to learn, develop, and be the best in results;
• Ability to listen and hear the customer (keep an open mind);
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Driver's license (B category)
