Within this Department, you will be part of the Business Corporate Function IT Domain which is the main IT touchpoint for GIE AXA and AXA SA corporate functions: Group Risk Management, Group Underwriting Office, Group Ceded Reinsurance, Group Investment & Assets Management, CEO Office, Markets and Emerging Customers.

Your job and daily missions

As Product Line Manager, you will be end to end responsible for managing the IT scope for GRM and Group Ceded Reinsurance, encompassing IT strategy definition in alignment with Group Strategic Priorities & IT technology roadmaps, IT Project Portfolio & BAU management in alignment with standards, IT business governance, IT Efficiency & Budget management and the Product line team management composed of Product Owners / Project Managers, Technical Experts and Functional Specialists (team size depending on BAU & project portfolio volume).

Core activities:

IT strategy definition

• Lead strategic planning for the managed scope to collect macro business requirements, fuel the HeadQuarter Projects Portfolio with macro estimation of all IT contributions and maintain IT roadmap.
• Proactively contribute to IT Technology Group Programs by managing a harmonized global roadmap composed of all IT projects in scope.

IT Project Portfolio & BAU management

• Manage IT Product End to End by securing the lifecycle of the products & services including maintaining the application referential, ensuring documentation & compliance with the IT policies and collaboration model.
• Manage IT project Portfolio: manage dependencies, stakeholders and business demands, own overall roadmap, coordination & escalation ensuring on time, on budget, on scope, on risk & on quality.
• Manage BAU: manage Quality of Services in aligned with validated SLAs, ensure business users satisfaction and delivery continuous improvement, supervise IT services, incidents, changes & assets for the concerned applications in close collaboration with IT Governance and Compliance.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with SME’s (Subject matter experts): Security, Data Privacy, Procurement, Data Office, Controlling & Compliance and manage the Solution Owners (which could be Business Departments, AXA GO or external vendors).

IT business governance

• Lead business governance through Quarterly Business IT Meetings, Operational and Project meetings and contribution to transversal Business IT Meetings, towards Internal customers, from senior management to executive levels.
• Ensure proximity with business managers and users to ensure understanding and tailor-made solutions answering to business needs IT efficiency & budget management.
• Manage IT efficiency of the Product Line, in alignment with sourcing & right shoring strategy, with efficiency targets and with digital sustainability plans.
• Own IT budget: master IT operation behind each IT budget line, ensure cost driver identification and ensure equilibrium of costs versus target budget in alignment with controlling & IT Governance & Compliance, at Product Line level, at Business Corporate Functions IT domains level & at HQ IT level.

Product line team management

• Lead and manage internal & external team members by identifying, qualifying, recruiting and managing the needed competencies & animating in alignment with HR & Procurement standards & guidelines.
• Manage Product line team evolution and training, with regards to business and technology competency needs to manage Operations.
• Ensure capacity planning maintenance aligned with the objectives & the budget.  

Technical and professional skills

• 10+ years in IT, with proven experience in IT management / IT Project & BAU management
• Knowledge of IT management framework (IT strategy, IT Governance, IT Portfolio management …) 
• Capacity to manage stakeholders from different levels in complex Business & IT environments
• Customer centricity, collaborative & positive mindset and influence & organization skills
• Communication skills (English and French) and experience in multicultural environment
