The Production Worker (clean rooms worker) for Radiometer is responsible for operating machinery and production equipment, performing quality control of products, keeping records in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.

This position is part of the Operations Support/ Manufacturing & Operations Multifunction located in RSTA (Podmiejska) and will be position on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the VTC Samplers Production Department and report to the Value Stream Manager of VTC Samples responsible for:  managing team to ensure production continuity by solving daily problems, compliance of the process with the given process instructions and applicable procedures as well for building employee awareness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Cooperating with manager/ assistant manager. Leader of production team, regarding realization of production needs and maintenance the cleanness
  • Cooperation with magazine to control materials orders and material flow
  • Proposing of corrective and preventive actions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Realization of production process based on production plans and keeping cleaning standards in compliance with the rules described in the standard operation procedures od company.
  • Working based on work instructions/ station instructions. Operating of production device based on manuals/ production instructions under of EHS regulations.
  • Record keeping according to requirements of the quality management system.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in a cleanroom area and operating production machines and equipment
  • Work with production documentation
