Case and Care Management

We are looking for someone with proven theoretical and practical experience in the field of Case and Care Management as well as specialised experience in the field of application.

We expect:

A sound knowledge of current discourses in the field of Case and Care Management in the area of social work and nursing and a willingness for interdisciplinary co-operation in both teaching units.

Experience in application-orientated research in the subject area, preferably in an interdisciplinary context.

Teaching Case and Care Management in all consecutive Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes of the faculty in the teaching units Social Work and Health as well as in the interdisciplinary Master's degree programme Inclusive Design.

Non-university cooperation and active networking are to be deepened, established and expanded.

Certification as a case management trainer in accordance with the guidelines of the German Association for Care and Case Management (DGCC) is an advantage or should be sought.

The ability to teach in German and English is also required. You will be asked to submit a teaching and research concept that meets the requirements of the position.

The position is available for an unlimited period of time. When first appointed to a professorship, employment is initially on a probationary civil service basis or on a permanent employment basis with a three-year probationary period.
