Project Lead Engineer m/f/d

As a Project Lead Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible to ensure technical coordination of project implementation. You will also be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing technical solutions, scheduling tasks and managing budgets. You will be involved in project commissioning.

Local Division Manager

Your responsibilities

• Define the composition of the technical project team with the project manager (skills, availability).
• Define the project's technical requirements (hardware, software, human resources, etc.)
• Participate in drawing up the project schedule with the project manager.
• Conduct studies for all or part of the customer project, including calculation notes, sizing, equipment selection, functional analysis, organic architecture analysis, single line diagrams, developed diagrams, etc.
• Functionally supervise a technical team of several people (service technicians, service engineers, external service providers).
• Lead team technical reviews and arbitrate on technical choices.
• Ensure technical acceptance (FAT /SAT) with the customer.
• Coordinate and optimize project completion times.

Your background

• Degree in electrical engineering and automation.
• At least 7 years' industry-recognized experience.
• English and French read, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the maritime environment is a plus.
• Behavioral skills: Autonomy / Results orientation / Synthesis / Rigor / Teamwork / Analytical skills.
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
