Project Lead

Job Purpose and Impact

The Project Lead, oversees and leads the operational and strategic aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. The team where this position sits, plays a key role in the most strategic initiatives affecting the business. The role provides an opportunity to learn and apply leadership skills end to end in the business. The scope of projects is EMEA, projects tend to impact multiple lines in the P&L. This is an opportunity for accelerated general management learning and hands on impact to a business.  

Key Accountabilities

•    Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget in partnership with other stakeholders.
•    Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
•    Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing. Lead projects through best practice portfolio management. 
•    Advise on organizing project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
•    Other duties as assigned
•    Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Strong oral and written communication. Analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent level of English
