Within a division specialized in automation for our industrial customers (paper mills, metallurgy & agri-food), reporting to the Division Manager, you will manage the implementation of automation projects in accordance with the specifications defined with our customers (deadlines, costs, quality) in order to contribute to customer satisfaction specifications defined with our customers (deadlines, costs, quality) in order to contribute to customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper allocation of resources to the various
  • projects (skills, number) and make any necessary trade-offs between projects.
  • Monitor project execution in terms of quality, process and cost control.
  • Take all necessary measures in the event of project deviations (deadlines, costs, quality, etc.) in order to comply with initial specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Intervene, where necessary, with customers in the event of arbitration, difficulties and feedback in the interests of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the successful resolution of customer complaints.
  • Determine corrective actions to optimize project performance, in collaboration with the Quality and Safety Manager.
  • Make suggestions for continuous improvement of processes
  • working methods in order to optimize the performance of your activity.

Your background

  • General engineering or Electrical Engineering & Automation background.
  • At least 10 years' experience in project management in an engineering context.
  • Minimum 5 years' managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office.
  • Fluent English and French required.
  • No obstacles to travel (less than 10%).
  • Skills required: Leadership, Managerial skills, Resourcefulness, Listening skills, Thoroughness & Organization.
  • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
