Pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Recruitment or similar
Previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales is considered a plus
Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change
Excellent written and spoken German and English is a must have
Open to occasional business travel
