Responsable Technique Projet (H/F)

Alstom is deploying its Urbalis metro solution in Abidjan within a fully integrated solution (Turnkey) project . The signaling part is based on the Alstom U400 solution including the Signalling and the telecommunication.  On the Abidjan project, the Project Technical manager (located in Abidjan) is the  main  project technical interface of the Signaling project with the customer and other stakeholders of the project.  She/He represents the project engineering and manages the interfaces with the other subsystems. She/He works in close cooperation with the SDIM (System Deployment and Integration Manager) in France who leads the engineering of the project.

Missions

• Be the technical reference and interface for the customer: represents the project for all the technical aspects within the Signalling& Telecommunication scope
• Explains Signalling & Telecommunication system to the customer and other stakeholders: the way it works , what U400, TETRA & SIV solutions do/do notwithin the framework of the contract.
• Manages the technical interfaces with the other subsystems present on site and ensures adequation between Alstom solution and the external interfaces.
  • Able to :
    • Write / make write some of the technical interfaces
    • Explain/vulgarize particular technical aspects of Signalling & Telecommunication system
    • Explain, in return to the off-shore engineering team, key deployment constraints and/or additional needs to be covered by design
  • Supply all necessary information to the engineering metiers to do right at first interface deployments.
• Ensure the interfaces are followed in configuration.
• Ensures efficient collaboration with worldwide engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent with Fluency in French ( customer working language ) and English.
• Experience in project deployment in railways system.
• Ideally knowledge on U400 solution and customers signalling needs
• Between  5 and 10 years of experience in the industry , Signaling systems or product development
• Good communication , project management and teamwork skills
• Real teamplayer and leadership
• Capacity to build network in the company.
