• Well versed in all Scrum/SAFe ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning and Review, Demos Retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, Inspect and Adapt event, and PI Planning. o Resolving conflicts and issues that occur within the team. o Working experience as a Scrum master for advanced mainframe based projectso
