- Handle and resolve queries related to reconciliation
Job Description – Invoice Processing
- Receiveandverify the validity of invoices,ensureinvoices are processedasper KPI and within SLA
- Indexing/dataentry of invoices in Oracle
- 3-waymatchinginvoiceprocess in Oracle
- Obtainappropriateapprovalfornon-POinvoicesbased on companyDelegationofAuthority
- Resolveinvoiceposting issues
- Checking and clearing report on payment block on invoices
- Handleauditqueriesrelated to invoicesandaccountspayable
- Handleandresolvevendorandinternalstaffqueriespertainingtoinvoices,escalationtosupervisorwherenecessary
- Clearing of invoiceworkflow daily
- Followup constantlywithSupplyChain and local team on PO and GRrelatedmatters
- Perform monthlyBalanceSheetReconciliation for accountspayable
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably in Shared Service environment).
- Preferable with experience in Oracle System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving skills
