The goal of the Go To Market (G2M) / Go out of Market Program Manager is to maximize the performance of the company when to launch or discontinue products. His/her role includes the execution of a proven methodology to facilitate product introductions & phase outs, working very closely with the Marketing Franchise in charge and ensuring the articulation between Functions at all levels of the organization.
What will be your missions within bioMérieux ?
Process management activities :
Identify and implement change management activities, coach and mentor Franchises
Share collective best practices and functional excellences and drive development/training plans
Business contribution:
Implement the project activities in adherence with the objectives defined within the Franchises
Define, monitor and report on project progression, manage the project risk analysis and manage implementation of associated risk reduction measures. Escalate to the ad hoc project governance instance if necessary
Communicate progress against objectives of the project to all stakeholders
Can lead one or several complex projects as support to the Franchises
Ensure alignment between project priorities, company strategy and Business priorities defined by the Franchise
Drive the projects and facilitate collaboration between all stakeholders
Expose the required operational team with associated roles & responsibilities
Monitor the progress within committed timelines
Be responsible for the alignment between Functions, in particular when liaising with Regional & Local teams; clearly communicate to subsidiaries and partners
Provide timely information to upper Management, alert when issues and identify potential mitigations
Who are you ?
Master’s degree in Science or Business and between 5 and 9 years of experience
Strong leadership and ability to work in complex and multicultural organizations
Demonstrated skill to work as liaison between Global and Local functions
Project organization and project management skills
Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player
Demonstrates emotional intelligence skills
