Missions

• Responsible for conducting market research and relative value analysis across different tiers of Public Sector exposures
• Use of existing relationships to source deals in primary and secondary markets
• Execution and coordination of the due diligence tasks
• Analysis and negotiation of legal documentation (LAs, SPAs, EMTNs etc.)
• Responsible for credit application, approval and funding process
• Provision of ongoing support in the monitoring and review process of closed transactions

Profile

• Comprehensive Public Sector Finance know-how with focus on EU countries (at least 5y specific work experience)
• Ability to assess legal, structural, credit and liquidity risks
• Ability to lead projects and manage tight deadlines
• Results oriented track record
• High proficiency in German and English is required; Spanish and/or French would be advantageous
