The Role
The OperationSpecialist, Registration is responsible for all document handling related tovehicle registrations for the assigned country. This role is expected to workcross-functionally with Sales & Delivery teams to ensure a timely,efficient and smooth transaction for all customer deliveries. This role willalso support vehicle homologation as needed and any other admin function tosupport the manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process to ensure vehicles are registered in a timely manner and in line with local requirements.
- Responsible to register Tesla owned fleet vehicles.
- Handling all country specific homologation tasks when new type approvals or products are released.
- Responsible for being an expert on all vehicle registration, homologation, and vehicle law topics in a designated country.
- Coordinate with Sales & Delivery and Order Operations to process pre-delivery and day of delivery documents accurately.
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
- Establish vehicle registrations processes for new markets and optimize for existing markets.
- Conduct all business dealings in a way that creates a superior ownership experience.
- Develop and implement local best practices for vehicle deliveries together with the manager.
