Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.The department / team You will join the Business and Data Global Products department, in the Data, BI & Analytics team, which encompasses a large range of solutions and services to support the Business of AXA, from technical IT4IT tools to enhanced Data capabilities, helping systems to be more reliable and secured. Our Data, BI & Analyticsteam is composed of 3 Product :SHINE platform provides Data capabilities through reporting, analysis, visualization toolsMaster Data Management (MDM) enhancing Data quality through Data governance Secure GPT: Internal service that offers secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees.ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP : Secure GPT is an internal AXA service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees. It enables employees to generate, summarize, translate, reformulate, and correct text and codes for daily tasks related to insurance work. The service ensures data sovereignty and protects against intellectual property loss while being compliant with all relevant labor regulations.Secure GPT is currently available for 150 000 collaborators at AXA.The purpose of this internship is to work on the adoption of Secure GPT. The intern will be responsible for exploring prompt engineering, analyzing the adoption and usage of the tool, identifying levers to increase adoption, and processing users feedback. Additionally, there is an option to work on web development using JavaScript/NodeJS/NextJS. The aim is to contribute to the growth and success of Secure GPT and enable AXA employees to better perform their daily insurance tasks using AI technologies.The current team is about 7 people, in France and Portugal, working on many aspects to manage operational activities and product development.Your responsibilities include:Build metrics to measure & analyze tool’s adoption.Identify and leverage actions to increase adoption.Collect, sort and analyze users feedbacks.Optimize user support.Develop a “Prompt engineering” offer.Assist the product manager, in customer interactions, roadmap and managing the backlog.(Optional) Participate in Secure GPT technical development (web development)Your ProfileWe are looking for a student searching for an end-year study internship (4-6 months) with the following experience and skills:French & English speaker mandatoryTechnical / IT skills : IT development (ideally Javascript)Data manipulationExperience with Generative AI (chatGPT, Bard,..)Optional: Kusto query language (Logs Analytics)Softskills Ability to work independently and look for solutionsCuriousReliableCommitmentCommunicativeRigorousAbout AXAAs a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
