Mission

Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Digital Transformation intern, starting July 2024. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. Pernod Ricard is transforming to make the Conviviality Platform its growth model.Within the Change Management Office of the Global Digital Acceleration team, this position is contributing to the upskilling of the Pernod Ricard staff on the journey to this new model, building a broad range of learning experiences, from customized offers to off-the-shelves digital programmes.Your key missions:You will contribute to the design and delivery of Digital Tranformation ProgrammesYou will manage the development of our programmes by our agencies, monitoring timelines and qualityYou will coordinate the content creation, testing and translation in over 12 languages and you will contribute to the UX design and technical testYou will produce communications material (videos, posts, newsletter)You will set up learning sessions, monitor attendance and support facilitationIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! You have interest in competency development, ability to work in international teamsYou are in business school (major in Marketing or Human Ressources) or University equivalentA first experience is a plus, ideally in Communications, Learning & Development or Digital TransformationYou are fluent in EnglishPlease note: to apply, you must be available for a 6-month internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
