Organon are recruiting for a student to join the Women’s Health (WH) department t by April 1st for a 6 months’ internship.

The role will be in ORGANON based in Paris, within the  marketing department which mission is to answer unmet needs of women in contraception/obstetrics and fertility, developing strategies and tactics to drive business in Mid-Europe Cluster (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland)

Learning outcomes

At the end of your assignment, you will have learned the following:

• Global understanding of medico-marketing services and activities, actively participating in marketing activities for product launch in obstetrics

• Create and develop marketing projects and assets, liaising with internal services (medical, regulatory, sales, digital teams) as well as third-partner agencies  

• Develop autonomous, agility, team-spirit

• Develop project management skills in medico-marketing

Key responsibilities  

• Develop marketing assets for product launch and campaign, liaising with communication/creative agencies. The internship will be strongly focused on obstetrics during the placement.  

• Develop hospital key account manager launch book to list product at hospitals

• Liaison with medical scientists and key account managers to feedback internal teams and undertake actions to best answer needs for launch

• Presentation and follow-ups to internal/global teams to prepare for launch

Education & Skills  

• Scientific studies (Pharmacy / Medical) with marketing specialisation

• You're familiar the medical environment, medical brands, medical device, medical marketing.

• You're excited about working on women’s health, you are curious and rigorous, you are willing to learn and dare and you have a strong team-spirit.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
