Stage - Procurement & Production Intern

A technical and analytical profile, with an interest in product development Position to be filled immediately Overview: The intern main role will be to support Procurement and Production team members around key topics (Marketing tools, VM tools and Show windows) with various tasks which can evolve listed here below: Tutorials for packing/ copacking for different suppliers Support for planning reminders on files and any other with VI Assistance on FEDEX or any other parcels inbound and outbound. Materiauthèque and samples classification and storing at office basement. Follow up on topics related with Show windows items to be classified and stored. Excel files set up on various topics (budgets/ planning/ feedback collection …) Assistance with sourcing for Marketing tools (gifting, printing, any other…)suppliers, materials, specific details research Profile with a technical background and/or a real appetite for product development capable on understanding details and challenge them Strong ability to analyze figures with an excel advanced level Set up of presentations of under progress projects. Skills and Requirements: Collaborative, enthusiastic, passionate and solution-oriented Rigor, conciseness and structure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial spirit Humility loyalty respect Advanced skills on Excel and Office Pack Technical background (industrial designer, engineer,) Adobe / Photoshop Fluent English is mandatory.
