Strategic Planning Manager, Shanghai,CE_S,Aero
Exciting opportunity within Aerospace Strategy and Industry Marketing to promote Honeywell growth! Honeywell Aerospace is a leading global provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems and service solutions for airlines, aircraft manufacturers, business and general aviation, military, space and airport operations. The Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager for APAC Aftermarket positioned in Shanghai, China, The role reports to the Director of the APAC Strategic Planning as a core member of the team driving growth for the APAC Aftermarket business.
Primary Responsibilities: • Accountable for all aspects of Strategic Planning and marketing for related business segment
• Responsible for analysis of regional market trends, threats, opportunities, setting regional business priorities, developing strategic initiatives and milestone planning. Leading the regional Flight Hours forecasting MOS • Analyze customers' and competitors' strategies and determine implications for Honeywell's ability to differentiate in the market. Performs segmentation analysis and develops the strategy that fits our competencies
• Lead regional strategic marketing or business development activities. Drive the industrialization of global BTI (Break Through Initiatives) into APAC region, as well as regional new growth initiative incubation MOS. • Conduct market-back reports to leadership that analyze market erosion and growth; recommend strategies to claw back and drive revenue and operating income • Work closely with Product Families and leadership to influence portfolio shaping actions for the APAC aftermarket business • Work with regional teams to ensure strategies are aggressive, consistent, communicated and actionable • Significant interfacing with parties outside of Honeywell including potential partners to help increase product sale
• Presentation of recurring updates to the AALT The critical factors for success include the ability to effectively frame and communicate complex market issues in a concise manner(both written and orally), strong interviewing and market research skills, and an ability to work across functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

YOU MUST HAVE
· Experience in the Aviation or related industry
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
· Significant years of experience in strategy or product marketing or management consulting or business development or other relevant discipline
· Experience leading Segmentation, VOC, and business plans
· Strong and demonstrated B2B analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
· Excellent team building and membership skills, ability to lead and thrive in a matrix environment
· Professional presence and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
· Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint & Excel
· Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
