We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team of Planners, Buyers and Warehouse operations at our medical manufacturing site in Newquay.
In this pivotal position, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and be instrumental in fostering excellence and streamlining efficiency throughout the entirety of our Supply Chain. You will assume a central role in optimising demand and planning operations to accurately address the requirements of our valued customers and overarching business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain and agree Master Plan from S&OP monthly process and incorporate live Sales data to create a Firm Master Plan weekly for all material manufacture in Newquay.
Use the Firm Master Plan to complete Raw Material Requirements Planning for all items weekly.
To set and maintain Master Planning data for all sku’s in conjunction with the PSI (S&OP) Lead.
To Maintain all Raw material and Finished goods at the correct stocking levels.
Provide delivery performance and order management information to sales organisations.
Maintain Delivery Performance, Inventory levels and backorder for Cytiva products.
Support business objectives around Customer First and Supply Chain Metrics through Daily Management.
Develop relationships and communication channels with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Provide mentoring, coaching and First Line Management to the Supply Chain team.
Organise and develop the Supply Chain team to best meet the needs of the business.
Ensure the daily operation of the warehouse is managed. Ensuring product flow and daily shipments to the Distribution centre are on time.
A key member of the Site Leadership team.
Who You Are:
Experience in computer systems including MRP, SAP and Oracle.
Use of computerised inventory/purchasing/stores systems.
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
Should be a strategic thinker, problem solving and decision maker.
Able to manage a dynamic Supply Chain.
Strong analytic abilities, leadership qualities and an understanding of warehousing, logistics and procurement.
Managed Supply Chain in an operations environment either in Life Science or FMCG.
