MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Respond to routine internal and customer enquires on delivery times and the status of shipments and orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
•Enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date transportation records and to track the status of orders and deliveries.
•Contact shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules.
