KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Strong business acumen for understanding organizational needs and business strategies to develop the talent pipeline and proactive talent mapping.
  • Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with the team to achieve volume recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing Talent Acquisition and sourcing activities.
  • Support, counsel and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable.
  • Develop and monitor the strategy for each of the businesses/locations to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs.

Core job responsibilities:

  • Understand the market insights/competitive trends for UR, Branding, and D&I, and deliver data and insights reports to support APAC strategies.
  • Translate data into insights and support measuring the impact of various initiatives.
  • Align and Drive Global TA priorities considering local dynamics and needs
  • Design recruitment strategies and streamline the hiring process to close vacant positions in time.
  • Plan and roll out IJP (Internal Job Postings) to motivate growth for existing employees.
  • Ensured streamlining of all backend activities, Workday updates, pre-boarding, documentation, and coordination.
  • Design recruitment tools and processes that relate directly to business needs, including selection and assessment tools. Customized sourcing initiatives and talent management best practices.

Education/Experience Background 

  • Graduate with 8-10 years’ Experience, of which 5-7 years’ Experience is at a managerial level.

  • Strong networking and headhunting skills.
  • Interviewing and talent assessment skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Ability to initiate and design a proper sourcing mix for recruitment and thus, reduce cost per hire.
  • Analytical Skills:- Ability to identify key variables, see how they are interrelated, and decide which ones should receive the most attention
  • Strong Technical skills and conceptual knowledge.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure their quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changed business priorities and environment and to drive such changes in partnership with business leaders.
