Supporting Operation Manager
- Reception – Reception/Sending of packages.
- Assisting in office management - maintain files to keep track of important documents, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
- Support in various IT and Logistic operations projects.
- -Running errands (La poste, Nespresso…)
Supporting Studio & Design:
- Data entry of leathers by family categories
- Take inventory of hardware (ideally on an excel file)
- Sourcing of new suppliers for hardware and new materials using exchange of contacts from trade fairs.
- Digitize all the old launch sheets to have an archive document on the drive.
Supporting Marketing & Communication:
- Help on archives list for visual content (shootings and pack shots)
- Assist on photoshoots.
- Help with logistics for press requests.
- Assist with social media and analytics.
- Help on assisting events (listing, welcoming, drinks, presentation etc.)
Supporting Sales & Showroom :
- Reception – Welcoming and greeting clients (drinks)
- Assisting in Visual merchandising
- Stock organization
- Assisting the Showroom in preparation for Fashion Week.
- Help with packaging and logistics.
