As a Network and Support Technician, you will be working in a constantly evolving environment combining Windows, Linux and AIX systems, as well as telecoms operator technologies (internet and telephony) As the customer's main point of contact, the Network and Support Technician will be responsible for assisting (incident and problem management) and managing requests. Main missions · User management, rights and group strategies · Mail account management (Exchange, Zimbra, Office365) · Anti-spam server management · Backup management · Network and firewall management · Anti-virus management · Server and printer management, configuration and updates Technical skills · Very good general knowledge of technical support · In-depth knowledge of software · Knowledge of server operating systems: Windows Server 2016 to 2022 · Knowledge of server administration: GPO, DNS, DHCP · Knowledge of networks: Stormshield, NAT rules, IP addressing, Open VPN · Additional knowledge of virtualisation (VMWARE) and Citrix would be a plus · Ability to write (knowledge base - e-mail responses) Soft skills · Quick to understand and analyze a request/incident · Ability to establish and/or maintain excellent customer relations · Ability to communicate and reassure the customer · Ability to detect and escalate a problem/incident · Ability to share knowledge · Ability to acquire new knowledge (research, autonomy). · Ability to prioritize · Sense of customer service · Speed, autonomy, initiative, responsiveness What we offer? · Indefinite contract · 60 % paid Health insurance · Life insurance · Meal vouchers · Home Office possibility · Wellness allowance · 2 h work out during paid work time/week What does it mean to work at Nextlane? · Join a young and fast-growing company, where you will find a good atmosphere and collaboration between colleagues. · Cover new and ambitious projects. · Work with the best professionals in the sector.
