- Design the eCommerce technology roadmap to support the eCommerce channel business strategy
- Enable technology solutions in support of the e-commerce business and its key functions such as but not limited to customer experience, marketing, leads management, CRM, analytics, website management, etc.
- Identify appropriate digital solutions in collaboration with the eCommerce Head and key technology stakeholders and partners to increase new businesses from the eCommerce channel
- Review financials for digital solutions against business targets and metrics
- Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between business and technology to support business ambitions leveraging data, customer insights and analytics
- Monitor the technology roadmap to deliver on customers and market demands and create significant business impact
- Translate eCommerce strategy into portfolio vision, setting strategic themes, budgets, and monitor a portfolio backlog for the eCommerce roadmap
- Develop the program vision based on eCommerce strategy
- Establish value streams for developing new digital solutions or services capabilities for the eCommerce channel
- Has content authority for the eCommerce program backlog and is responsible for prioritizing eCommerce features
- Manage the flow of features from idea to analysis, build, and release to ensure the delivery of eCommerce solutions in coordination with the eCommerce Product Owner
- Approve all final new product delivery and recommend improvements to all digital products to ensure successful business outcomes
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Sciences
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and creative mindset to foster innovation
- Can lead and foster collaboration in a cross-functional setup
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business ambitions into technology roadmap
- Experience in insurance and financial industry is a plus
