We have an exciting field-based position within the P&G Professional Oral Health Team (POH). This position is based in Île-de-France, near Paris, covering 77, 94 and part of 91.
Role Overview
Oral-B has an impressive reputation for the development of innovative, market leading Oral Health care products which consistently delight the consumer and challenge current thinking. These principles are key to the work carried out by the Territory Managers of the Oral-B Professional Team. In the role you will:
Evaluate, monitor and improve the P&G presence in Dental Offices.
Directly report to the Unit Manager and Drive Usage & Recommendation amongst Dental Health Professionals in the defined area
Develop the practices of your territory via face-to-face meetings including product demonstrations, samples, educational lunch meetings and occasional attendance to Dental schools students trainings or Scientific Exchanges.
Develop and enhance the practices in your area by organizing in-person meetings that involve showcasing products, providing samples, conducting educational lunch sessions, and occasionally participating in training sessions with dental school students or in scientific exchanges
Be the expert on product knowledge, prevention (dental environment) and clinical research.
You will be a leader from day one and have the autonomy to drive the business strategy based on your territory whilst contributing to the wider regional and national results.

Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
Passion about customer service, influencing and scientific selling.
Strong relationship-building skills with a service-minded attitude
Keen interest in Oral Health and healthcare
Growth mindset, can-do attitude, and leadership qualities
Autonomy, agility, priority setting, and operational discipline
Collaborative team player, willing to share knowledge and contribute to personal and team growth
Digital literacy (ideally knowledge of CRM Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI)
Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering to small and large groups
Driving license valid in France
Masters degree or/and relevant experience
Fluent in French and English (B2+)
