As a Tool & Die Technician at Honeywell, you will be a vital member of our manufacturing team, responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures used in our production processes. Your skills and expertise will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
Job propose/ Basic functions.
- OPERATE TOOLROOM MACHINES (SURAFCE GRINDING, MILLING, LATHE, DRILLING)
- PRECISION MACHINING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED
- SPARE TOOLING PREPAPRATION
- POLISHINIG OF TOOLING TO ACHIEVE HIGH SURFACE FINISH
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to operate Tool room machines like Surface Grinding, Lathe, Drilling, Milling etc. Tooling spare part preparation.
- Highly skilled to machine complex profiles & maintain micron level precision.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect machined parts using appropriate measuring tools.
- Able to work in rotating day and night shift and work independently with least supervision.
- Setup and perform regular maintenance of machines to keep them in good condition.
- CNC machining experience is added advantage.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Graduated Vocational or High Vocational Diploma.
- 3 – 5 years' experience of press tools, jigs, fixturesmanufacturing and maintenance.
- Able to operate basic tool room machines like grinding,milling & lathe etc.
- Able to read and write engineering drawings.
- Able to work underpressure in rotating shifts (5 days a week (Mon - Fri)/ 2 shifts per day).
- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) with basic English communication skills.
WE VALUE
- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.
- Significant experience in the field or related area.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- May lead/direct the work of others.
- FAA experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
