As a Wellsite Operations Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.
As a Wellsite Operations Supervisor - Wireline, you will be responsible for:
Performing necessary job preparation, assembly, checking and load out of equipment required for the operation at hand.
Keeping records of equipment used and other assemblies as deployed in the well.
Verifying and implementing datalinks / connections between wellsite unit and the offsite remote logging engineer.
Leading the execution of wireline operations at the wellsite, supervising wellsite activities including but not limited to rig up / rig down, deployment of wireline logging tools in the hole.
Coordinating with customer representatives and drill crew to ensure flawless job execution at wellsite.
Producing job reports and / or paperwork and wellsite client deliverables.
Leading and developing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects.
Showing flexibility and be adaptable to changes to accommodate operations timing, travel requirements and hitch duration.
