The roles will mainly focus Middle of China Pulp and Paper Market. Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers. The role should build relationships and understand customer business to provide professional solutions or products in Pulp and Paper business. The role will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. The role will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilize his experience to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Develop and maximize Honeywell leadership and market share in designated accounts and territory, Drive continuous improvement and long-term business growth.
JOB ACTIVITIES
Develop and approach China main top 20 Paper mill DCS/QCS Opportunity
Drive Key Account and one Honeywell strategy Management.
Maintain Customer relationship.
Coordinate project implementation between project& service team with customer.
Improve customer satisfaction.
Promote new solution and product.
Achieve each year assigned revenue and AOP.

YOU MUST HAVE
Engaged in Pulp and Paper,
Automation bachelor’s degree, master’s degree / equivalent will be preferred.
WE VALUE
3-5 years’ Sales experience will be preferred
Know QCS/DCS/MES/WIS will be preferred
Pulp & Paper background will be preferred
Chemical consumption material sales experience in Paper industry will be preferred
Automation major or Paper process will be preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English
Teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to Trave.
Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc Tools
Ability to learn new knowledge quickly and motivate self
