The Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) department is one of the fastest growing business units in the market focussed on improving business outcomes for its customers with data and analytics. The department covers all aspects of the value chain from architecture and modelling, data integration, data governance, data quality, data security, compliance, business intelligence, data science, and both applied and foundational artificial intelligence. The services range from ideation, consulting, business analysis, development, testing, maintenance and support, to project and program management.
About this role
The purpose of this BA role is to help grow the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) Advisory Practice by delivering consulting revenue, increasing client satisfaction and leveraging other Cognizant business units to constantly challenge our clients to “run better”, “run different”, and “stay compliant”.
As Business Analyst you help clients transform to become a data driven organization. In a typical program you are working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of data and analytics technologies.
Our ideal candidate
• 1-3 years’ experience in Consulting or relevant project experience with premier organization(s)
• Experience in a Business Analyst role supporting organizations in their journey to become a data driven organization
• Technology savvy, having a clear picture of where and how information technology can be used to run businesses better and different
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• She/he must have strong analytical skills and ability to quickly transform the data into presentable format that would help answer hard questions with current generation analytical reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
