Scope and Mission

Key duties and responsibilities
Directly reporting to Business Legal Counsel and Product Compliance Legal Counsel, your main tasks will be:
- Follow up of Corporate issues (drafting and review of Group companies’ legal documentation, PoA, Mandates…),
- Draft and review of a broad range of contractual agreements and templates (non-disclosure agreements, purchasing agreements, IT agreements, R&D related agreements, distribution agreements, general terms and conditions, marketing and sponsoring agreements...)
- Legal research and analysis on variety of subjects: product compliance, contractual issues, intellectual property, environmental & sustainability laws, business law
- Draft of cease & desist letters, declarations to distributors and authorities...
- Management of the legal contract database and other software with support of the legal counsels
Your qualifications
- Level of studies: BAC + 4/5 minimum / master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, International Law or Comparative Law,
- Level of experience: A first experience would be appreciated, but if you’re looking for a fast learning, rich and exiting first experience, we can handle it ;)

- Fluent French & English (another language would be highly appreciated)
