In this role you will be based in Paris/France orGroot Bijgaarden/Belgium.

What you will do

  • Manages the team who are First line of response for receiving customer issues.
  • Monitor pipeline of AM / PM / VMR / Services to meet targets with early mitigations/escalations in case of deviations.
  • Coaches & drives growth of sales by accurate forecasting
  • Guides & exhibits to team to capture insights from customers/data to upsell / cross-sell by creating leads and opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Overall responsible for timely and smooth internal and customer operations with Tetra Pak
  • Planning & Forecasting: Overall responsible for forecasting of PM / AM and Services to secure base material, production & financial planning
  • Monitors profitability, timely implementation, and Services Contracts.
  • Supports Account Management along with team including driving common agendas and operational excellence objectives.
  • Ensures on time execution of invoicing for Packaging / Additional Material / Design.
  • Participates in credit control meetings / supports actions to reduce order blocks for smooth operations.
  • Ensures master data updates.
  • Use data and insights (external and internal) to improve efficiency / effectiveness & synergy across the team.
  • Drives proactive Quality and Continuous Improvements (CI) across various touch points using data; CX Improvements and Non-CX improvement actions – Promotes Digitally way of working and self-serve. Drive deployment of MRK & Action Order
  • Liaises with BU’s and factories to escalate the voice of customer & market to expediate resolution & keeps the customers updated. 
  • People Management: Coach and provide on the job guidance and learning to reporters.
  • Identify competence gaps & ensure learning plan is in place. Support in case of complex situations/negotiations/escalating voice to Management team/resource providers when required.

We believe you have

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years in a Supply Chain Operations and/or in a business role. Experience of covering a techno-commercial agenda across functions/ platforms / global.
  • Change management.
  • Project Management skills and experience.
  • Commercial understanding.
  • Proven experience of driving the strategic agenda as well as managing vision and purpose.
  • Excellent communication skills and good stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of French and English
