Early Career Trainee - Process Quality Engineer

The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
AsEarly Career Trainee, you will be involved in:
Responsible for continuous improvement: Investigate and analyze non-conforming product and materials and verification of corrective action relating to Quality activities.
Manage NCR and ensure on time processing, track CoQ and main quality metrics.
Assist disposition process and suggest corrective actions.
Lead RCA-CA-PA for NCR
Analyze quality performance using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance and corrective action.
Interface with customers/third party or certifying authority representatives as required to discuss/resolve Quality related issues.
Support QMR preparation with statistical & analytical data
Responsible for shop instruments calibration tracking and recalibration.
Involvement in shopfloor operations and improvements.
Cost of Poor-Quality management and analysis.
Maintaining quality records as required by plant quality management system.

To be successful in this traineeship you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Graduated from your bachelors’ degree within the last 12 months.
Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
Be legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship or time restrictions.
