Job Summary
Will be responsible for leading Electrical Engineering activities for international project execution & product development.
Will be based in Cholet, France, and report to the Team Leader Automation.
(Our office is currently in Le May-sur-Èvre until the end of 2024, and then it'll move to Cholet.)
What you will do
- Assist sales during pre-project by defining the best scope division, calculating engineering, manufacturing & installation cost.
- Collect & analyze all the relevant specifications from customer URS.
- Creates technical description for project offer.
- Build Specification package for supplier in charge of Electrical Engineering, manufacturing and/or installation in line with Tetra Pak strategy, standards, guidelines, tools and methods for electrical design.
- Reports to the Project Manager for budget, schedule, progress report & forecasting.
- Selects supplier in collaboration with Supply Management team.
- Verifies & Validates supplier engineering and manufacturing deliverables.
- Ensure all Electrical design implemented, complies with Local Electrical Regulations, Code of Practice, Client Electrical Standards, and any other regulatory requirements.
- Support colleagues from local Market Operations, Project Managers, Automation Engineers, Installation & Product Development Teams.
- Develop standard solutions, tools, method, documents by considering TetraPak corporate standards.
We believe you have
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience with processing area electrical and/ or automation systems required.
- Good Knowledge in SeeElectrical and if possible Eplan
- Experience on Design of electrical hardware systems for industrial applications
- Good knowledge of how to put together schematics and layouts.
- Previous experience in food or dairy, and pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- Strong, positive oral & written communication skills both internally & with customers required
- Good spoken and written English (at least B2 level).
