Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to help and become a part of a well recognized team of FSES?
TheField Service Technician is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass specs and related HPLCs. This position works under close supervision and mentoring of the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory, preferably located in the Northern Italy, Lombardy region.
Primary responsibilities
Learn and develop technical skills to perform high quality maintenance, installations and repair
Qualifications
3 year Bachelor’ s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) and/or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements & Competencies
Excellent Communications skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with the customer
Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings(Driving license B is essential)
