As a Global Early Talent Program (GETP) for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for getting hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in finance.For this position, you will be working within the Process automation Business Area in Energy Industries Division team in Thailand. Embark on an exciting 24-month journey within our Finance or Information System functions. This program includes two assignments in your home country and one abroad, offering a dynamic and diverse experience.We support and inspire you to step out of your comfort zone to develop your leadership and management skills as well as your communication skills. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program. Reporting to Hub Division Controller, you will be taking the participants on a leadership competency development journey.

Your responsibilities

• Including tasks within operational (accounting and reporting) and strategic
• Controlling and finance including project controlling and project analysis
• Supporting and inspiring you to step out of your comfort zone to develop your leadership and management skills as well as your communication skills
• Working on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network

Your background

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, eco-nomics or related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Global thinking and enjoying team work
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to relocate to other assigned country
