The role of the Go Out Of Market (GOM) Program Manager is to maximize the company's performance in product obsolescence. His role includes putting into practice a proven product discontinuation methodology, working closely with the Franchise Marketing team in charge and ensuring coordination between the different functions, at all levels of the organization.

 

 

What will be your missions within bioMérieux?

 

  • Activities related to management of the current process:
    • Identify and implement change management activities and coach Franchises in the application of the process.
    • Share best practices and manage development/training plans.

 

  • Be leader of Go-out-of-Market projects for main products discontinued
    • Define the Go-Out-of-Market strategy with franchises, in line with the Go-To-Market strategy
    • Establish an action plan with each function and region
    • Manage and monitor this action plan

 

  • Define the strategy to address the second-hand market
    • Establish rules for access to the second-hand market, in connection with franchises, internal processes and projects, maximizing business impact

 

  • Support the Go-To-Market strategy
    • Work in close collaboration with the Go-To-Market Program Manager to ensure good coordination of product launches and product obsolescence
    • Strong contribution to the implementation of KPIs, dashboards, reviews for the Go-To-Market strategy

 

 

 

Who are you ?

• Master in Science or Business with between 5 and 9 years of experience.

• Good leadership and ability to work in complex and multicultural organizations.

• Experience in interface positions between global and local functions.

• Skills in organization and project management.

• Good understanding of change support principles, techniques and tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mind.

• Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, flexible, proactive, conscientious, and strong team spirit.

• Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence.
