Allianz Trade is looking for his/her HR Officer.

 

As HR Officer, your role is to be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Business Partner in various administrative and operational tasks. He/She will assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The HR Officer will provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and act as a liaison between employees and management.

 

Key responsibilities / What you do

You will be assisting a global HR Business Partner with day-to-day administration, and more specifically with the following tasks:

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries, concerns, and complaints, escalating complex issues to HR management when necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Take part in in cross-functional HR projects
  • This list is non-exhaustive and may vary according to the needs of the department

•           HR Officers handle sensitive and confidential employee information

 

Key requirements / What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within an international environment.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
