Implementation & Sales Support Consultant

AXA Global Healthcare are recruiting an Implementation and Sales Support Consultant to join the Sales & Distribution team and support the on-boarding of Large Corporate clients and assist in managing the day to day activity for the Distribution team enquiries.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Manage positive business to business relationships with third parties to assist sales with opportunities operating in a complex compliance environment.  
• Support the on-boarding process for new corporate business and have responsibility for the set up of each new group and building positive impression of AGH. 
• Maintain the Country Guidance database that represents the current risk appetite of our insurers. 
• Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships within the Sales and Marketing teams, GEO Teams, Compliance and Legal, Commercial, Finance and the wider business as required.
• Provide back-up to team members on other activities owned within the team.
• Act at all times in a professional and compliant manner ensuring all regulatory, compliance and treating customers fairly requirements are met.

What we’re looking for:

• Large Corporate experience including on-boarding of Large Corporate & TBP policies 
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the corporate business environment
• Working knowledge of the range of health insurance products available both from AXA Global Healthcare and in the marketplace
• Customer focused with questioning and listening skills, coupled with communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic, driven, motivated, focused and organised
