We are looking for an IT Help Desk Officer specialized in the banking and financial sector for one of our customers in Luxembourg.

Provide timely Helpdesk support, effectively resolving Helpdesk tickets;
Perform hardware (network devices, desktops, laptops, phones, printers, VMs, etc.) and software installations, configurations and upgrades;
Provide support for the administration and maintenance of the Bank's systems, including implementation, installation, user management, archiving of historical data, troubleshooting, etc. ;
