We are looking for a Legal intern (m/w/d) 6 months based in France
Your responsibilities:

You’ll help us and learn about International Business Law Contracts. Reporting to the Group Head of Legal at Gutor and as part of a collaborative team (finance and legal), your role will be to :
- Strongly contribute, with the support of your manager, to the implementation of our new contract management platform (CLM) by reading, analyzing the contracts and integrating them into this new CLM.
- Assist with the drafting and review of various commercial contracts such as but not limited to NDA, sales agreements, mostly in English and, where appropriate, participate in negotiations.
- contribute to contract management and legal/compliance operations: Coordinate incoming requests from the operational teams; ensure templates are kept up to date; handle KYC processes for new partners and service providers; ensure all signed documents are properly stored on the contract management platform.
- Participate in the drafting of notes for operational staff.
- Do legal research in business/corporate laws.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED
- You’re a student in Law with a strong interest in business
- Education: Bachelor Degree or Master 1 or 2 in business law. Ideally complemented by experience abroad or an LLM.
- Previous experience in a law firm or a company as an intern will be a plus.
- Fluent in English and French required.
- Pragmatic, well-organized, dynamic, curious, problem solver, proactive and rigorous
- Personality is key: good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
