The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in;
Support teaching and funded research as a specialist in Biomolecular Analysis using nuclear magnetic resonance, chromatography and other related techniques.
General maintenance of the instruments and equipment
Sample preparation and analysis
Consumables, and general orders, equipment ordering, QC checks, health and safety and administration will also feature in this role.

About You:
As a Technical Officer - NMR Biomolecular Analysis, the successful candidate will be expected to have experience in nuclear magnetic resonance and chromatography from previous teaching and learning environments or industry. You will also possess knowledge of the analysis and maintenance of instruments.
You will have a flexible approach to work and an ability to work on your initiative, be proactive and strong problem solving skills. Strong communication ability and a commitment to quality service will also be essential in succeeding in this post.
