Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting Thailand plant.  Balance production with demand to support OTTR target and customer service levels, control WIP Inventory and Finished goods and capacity utilization. This position will report directly to Supply Chain Manager of Honeywell Electronic Materials (Thailand) and will work closely with the function leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Planner Role

1. Plan for production schedule for Heat Spreader and PCM product to have daily, weekly and monthly work.
                   a. HS Process Stamping-Trimming, CPL,
             b. PCM Process Mixing, Coating, Cutting, and Inspection
2. Daily adjustment just open and close work order according production schedule.
3. Ensure work order closing correctly and reconcile for discrepancy with finance team by weekly basic.
4. Daily update confirms and feedback delivery dock date, to customer service and inform all issue concern to Master schedule.

Analysis

1. Set up process of planning (consider factor that might effect to result)
2. Keep track of Actual production performance and Analyze, provide guideline to production team
   Utilize resource to maximize productivity and provide data to management team

Communication

1. make report to track daily, weekly, monthly performance both overall and individual asset
2. make report of plan VS actual performance
3. Make Action plan, suggestion and guideline to achieve goal
4. Communicate to all related function regularly

Other

1. Coordinate with MRP, DRP, W/H and production to ensure all resource are available to match with plan
2. Any assignment from supervisor related to business
3. Being Role model in organization both performance achievement and behavior

1. Utilize all resource to maximize productivity and cost
2. Develop leader in your organization

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any fields.
• 3 - 5 years' work experience with 6 months - 2 years direct experienced in Production Planner from Manufacturing environment.
• Good command in English communication skills.
