As part of Amazon Shipping, you will be welcomed in the SWA Support and Services Team, responsible for scaling up EU markets and supporting process improvements and innovation to delight our Shippers and Recipients.
In this role, you will be required to wear multiple hats and work across all Shipping Support and Services verticals (Claims, Tracking and Delivery; Billing & Payments; Shipper Experience and Support and Shipment Creation and fulfillment), being responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
