Position inside the Organization
We are looking for one person to cover the Production and Production Engineering Domains:
• Items and product structure management in ERP and PLM for Production (m-BOMs)
• Production management in ERP. Any activities and applications linked to production.
• Manufacturing management in MES
Position is at Safran Aerosystems Corporate level, reporting to the VP MOA IS and is a key player in Safran Aerosystems digital roadmap for Manufacturing.
Main Duties
The Business Process IT Manager is responsible for creating/maintaining functional specifications for business processes implemented in Information Systems. BPITM work in close relationship with BPO, BPM and BPQ by process.
He or She has a comprehensive understanding of his/her domains (from the parameters settings to the Analytics tools producing the KPIs). He or She is able to train users on the ”core solution” and/or on the best way of doing tasks in Information Systems.
He or She is the focal point between the Safran Aerosystems BUs/Divisions and the DSI for his - her domain.
Activities
Help BUs/Divisions to express their needs in order to build functional specifications. Answer Change Requests coming from the BUs/ Divisions.
Collect best practices in the BUs/Divisions and organize cross-fertilization through network building, trainings and community animation.
Be part of Safran Aerosystems main projects (OneERP, OnePLM, …) as functional referent for their Domains. Manage projects to ensure seamless connection between PLM and ERP and with other production systems like MES.
Manage DSI as a solution provider to the specification in project mode. (Time / Cost / Quality of the Solution).
Team with DSI's Architects and Business Analysts in order to create and maintain the core solution (data management rules + business processes + work instructions). Liaise with other BPITMs on applications that are in connection with his/her domain, especially DEV, SCM and PUR. Liaise with Branch Data Manager to ensure compliance and proper MDM rules management.
Promote usage of Safran Aerosystems BI Tools. Provide insights to BI Team in order to extend data models. Design analysis and dashboards to be used by all Safran Aerosystems BUs/Divisions.

Competencies
5 to 10 years in operations with knowledge in items and BOMs management and production
Ability to engage and lead with professional people in production engineering and production. Ability to share knowledge, train the others.
Speaking English, French

Workplace can be located in any Aerosystems site, daily meetings with other BPITMs and DSI people mostly based in Plaisir (FR).
Use of Teams on a daily basis.
