In this position, you will be responsible for the sales performance of low-voltage products for the residential and tertiary markets of ABB's Electrification branch in the south of the Idf region and the north of the Centre-Val-de-Loire region.boosting sales volumes and margins.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will draw on your experience and motivation to build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.

Your responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume and margin on the Smart Building and Smart Power portfolio for the Electrification branch.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.
  • Prepare and follow the sales plan on a regular basis.
  • Draw up sales proposals and ensure their follow-up.
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer and market trends in order to develop effective activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Manage accounts receivable.
  • Embody ABB's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while supporting your colleagues and the company.

Your background

  • Minimum 2 years' higher education, ideally with dual skills in business and electrical engineering.
  • More than 3 years' experience selling electrical infrastructure and products for buildings in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in dealing with electrical distributors in the sector.
  • Good knowledge of residential and commercial building players in the geographical area concerned.
  • Ability to work with IT and digital tools for tracking customers and producing quotations.
  • Fluent French is obligatory, knowledge of English is a plus.
  • No obstacles to travel (maximum 2 times per month).
  • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
