This role is to lead the Agency Recruitment strategy and development.
- Assist the department head to formulate and implement active agency recruitment strategies
- Assist the department head to cultivate AXA unique agency value proposition in the market
- Proactively drive creative recruitment strategies by penetrating various markets
- Design and lead Agency Recruitment contests to accelerate the recruitment momentum in AXA
- Review and monitor the effectiveness of the finance packages to ensure the recruitment effectiveness
- Identify new areas for exploring recruitment opportunities as well as promoting AXA Brand
- Lead a team to organize regular monthly recruitment activities and monitoring the status progress
- Work with various teams such as Training team, Business Development team, Licensing team to ensure a smooth and seamless new agents on-boarding process
- Provide monthly recruitment tracking and analysis report to ensure the recruitment results are monitored effectively
Your Profile
Qualifications and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- At least 7 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector with experience in Agency Recruitment, development, and communications
- Strong business acumen is required, with excellent analytical problem solving, reporting and presentation skills
- Good relationship skills with stakeholders
- Familiar with agency culture and strong project management experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
